Frequently Asked Questions
How accurate are the AI band scores?
They are calibrated to the official IELTS band descriptors and come with the reasoning for every criterion. They are practice estimates, not official scores, so use them to see what to fix next.
Which languages does the AI tutor support?
Feedback and explanations come in English, Uzbek and Russian, made for learners in the CIS.
Is there a free AI check?
No. Every AI feature (essay and speaking scoring, model answers, mock tests, the tutor, Live Coach and the AI study plan) needs a credit pack: buy one once, from 19 000 UZS, and use it whenever you like.
How do payments work?
You buy credit packages — one-time payments via Payme. A package's credits add to your balance instantly and are valid for 12 months. We never store your card and never charge automatically. Every package gets the same AI quality; they differ only in how many credits you get.
Does it cover all four IELTS modules?
Yes — all four. Timed Reading and Listening, AI-scored Writing and Speaking, full 4-section mock exams and a 24/7 AI tutor, all explained in Uzbek and Russian. We're fully focused on IELTS and the English that gets you there.
Can I use it on my phone?
Absolutely. The platform is fully responsive and works great on mobile devices, especially for speaking practice on the go.
How fast is the feedback?
Writing and Speaking feedback is usually ready in about a minute.
What can I use for free?
The IELTS band calculator, the English level test, the Learn and Tips guides, the General English lessons and the blog. None of them uses AI, so they stay free.
